Protected by a picturesque seawall, the water at Garza Blanca Beach is ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding as the sea is calm and relatively shallow. During this activity, children aged over 5 years old will be shown how to use the paddleboards and kayaks correctly, learning how to minimize the risk of accidents and to increase mobility on the water. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Activity includes:

  • How to use the equipment safely
  • Ways of falling off the board and kayak without getting hurt
  • How to get back on the board and kayak if you have fallen off
  • How to retrieve your paddle if you drop it.
  • How to stand correctly to stop you from falling on the paddleboard
  • The best posture for paddling in the kayak.
  • How to turn quickly in the case of emergency
  • How to stop
  • How to move forward
  • How to get out of the sea

Children aged 5 years old and over may also use the resort’s paddleboards and kayaks free of charge in the area next to the beach when they are not in use for another activity and when accompanied by an adult who is experienced in kayaking and/or paddleboarding.

Children aged over 12 years old may also join the kayak tour to Los Arcos when accompanied by a parent or guardian. The distance for a round trip to Los Arcos is 2.2 miles and is therefore not suitable for young children.
