As you stand and watch, the chef will then prepare a fresh ceviche for all the guests to sample, sharing his secrets as to what make the best raw fish salad. Guests may purchase the freshly delivered fish by the kilo and schedule the chef to prepare it however you wish: sashimi, ceviche, grilled, garlic, butter. You may then eat your fish whenever and wherever you like.
This a wonderful activity for all the family to enjoy, especially foodies.
